Freshmen Social Programme 2026

The Freshmen Social Programme of M.S. Girls’ College, Rangia, was held on 9th October 2025 in the college premises with great enthusiasm and participation. The programme commenced at 9:00 AM with the hoisting of the college flag by the Principal. This was followed by a floral tribute to the martyrs at 9:30 AM, conducted as per the scheduled programme. Subsequently, the college wall magazine “Drishti” was inaugurated by Mr. Girijananda Bhattacharjee, Ex-President of the Governing Body, M.S. Girls’ College. The Freshmen Introduction Programme began at 10:30 AM. Dr. Sanjeeb Goswami graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Mr. Dilip Deka, President of the Governing Body, along with other distinguished dignitaries, was also present during the programme. The cultural programme started at 2:00 PM and featured a variety of performances by students. The entire event concluded successfully at 5:30 PM. Popular singers and artists Gitali Devi and Dhiraj Deka were the special attractions of the cultural programme, captivating the audience with their performances. Overall, the Freshmen Social Programme was conducted smoothly and achieved its objective of welcoming the new students while fostering a sense of unity and cultural engagement within the college community.
